		AWAKENING WITH TOLLÉ
		Join us for two evenings of Eckhart Tollé’s teachings. Eckhart continues to explain how to get out of our heads, how to learn from suffering and challenges, and how to practice Presence wherever you are. His material is a wonderful complement to Centering Prayer and its practices. Genca and Bob continue to study with Tollé and recently attended a retreat where he addresses how to reduce 95% of our suffering. He now recommends beginning and ending each day with silent Presence Practice – something Fr. Thomas Keating has recommended from the beginning! We look forward to sharing some of his recent video material with you.
